Check in Friday afternoon and settle into your home base for the weekend. The evening brings arrivals, introductions, and a games night — your first chance to connect with the group.
A full day exploring Niagara. Start the morning with a hike on the Glen, then head into Niagara-on-the-Lake for a day trip featuring a scenic stop at a vineyard, a hands-on pottery session, and a stroll through town. The day winds down with a farewell night together.
Round out the weekend with the Maid of the Mist before checking out and heading home.
Your hotel is set in Niagara, putting you within easy reach of the falls and a short drive from Niagara-on-the-Lake's boutique shops and lantern-lined streets — the perfect base for a weekend of rest and exploration.

Hotel accommodation (Friday–Sunday), Friday's arrivals and games night, the Maid of the Mist, the hike on the Glen, the Niagara-on-the-Lake day trip (vineyard stop, pottery session, town stroll), the Saturday farewell night, and local transportation around Niagara. Meals are not included.
Transportation to and from the hotel isn't included, so you'll need to make your own way to Niagara. Once you arrive, all local transportation between activities — including the Niagara-on-the-Lake day trip — is covered.
Accommodation is shared occupancy. If you're coming without a roommate, let us know and we'll help match you with another guest.
A $250 deposit reserves your seat, with the remaining balance due by July 31, 2026.
Comfortable shoes for the hike and walking tour, a light jacket for the evening, and something a little dressier for the farewell night. A full packing list will be shared closer to the date.
This retreat is intentionally small — limited to 25 guests — to keep the weekend personal and the conversations real.
When you refer a friend and they register and pay their $250 deposit, you both receive $20 back. Your friend simply needs to mention your name at the time of registration. The credit is applied within 14 days of their deposit being confirmed.
